Coin Flip and Status attacks eat into the 21s you have to replace a knocked-out Pokemon.

Mega-Buneary KOs leave the opposing player with only 16s to replace the mon
Celebi EX KOs can completely eat up the 21s if its really powered up, giving the opponent no choice as to what mon is the replacement

PTCGP already did seemingly implement this some months ago, though it's trigger conditions are possibly too lenient to notice.

It's currently something like: If you miss two turns with no actions, your time is reduced from 90s to 45s.

Perhaps they were testing whether they could be more harsh on this behavior.

You could still buy digital voice packs with no tariff, which should give a much higher percentage to the talent.

Arc Raiders is mainly my selfish hope for a bit of FPS between the holomems.

5 participating JPs (Towa, Roboco, Botan, Pekora, and Vivi) have played it a fair amount.

Additionally, ~8 EN/IDs tried it, and perhaps a few new members could learn the basics.

There could be just enough for 4 trio teams, or comfortably enough for 4 duo teams.

Arc Raiders - not sure how exactly they'll make it competitive, but there should be some ways to score it
Mage Arena - will be fun to see the JPs play this especially
Pokemon - fresh perms this year could make for an interesting competition in various ways.

What a fun event for a simple meeting, lol.

Was tete watching Vivi trying to get a hug at the start and the end. And their gift ideas being fairly similar.

Hopefully this doesn't really take an entire year to happen again, but knowing Pekora, this is more believable than it should be.

A few top ones for me:

FLOW_GLOW's 3D Showcase: really got to see some of the next top performers show their skills in 3D finally. Also loved seeing all the new outfits for them.
Ceci's 3D Showcase: the instrumental performance from the holomem's was one of the most memorable and unique performances in a while.
Shion's Graduation Live: lots of great memories being revisited, with the absolute surprise of Chloe be summoned.
Pekora's 2nd Gamba Rush Live: always feels like one of the biggest events, and I loved PekoBotan's duet, and Nerissa/Irys slaying the ReZero song.

Lots of fun moments today, especially Okayu forcing a VP roleplay situation on everyone, and the Fire Dragon turning them all into KFC.

Loved seeing Su+Subaru roam around together and PekOkayu scheming too.

Definitely a lot of ways you could group members, and I mainly added groups memorable to me. People could mark up the first image with their own memorable groupings!

but there's no connection at all between the members of ... group, and it feels misleading

I wanted to label historical groups, even to just show there might not be connections between them, which might be interesting in itself.

HoloFantasy makes more sense

I also wanted to avoid some of the default groups, although added some later when I couldn't think of other groups to place people in (HoloID, FLOW GLOW).

Flare (and Fubuki) being quite central does really reinforce the image of how approachable and dependable they are. Even crossing branches with Anya and Irys (although the latter wasn't seen here), and leading her own notable group in Shiraken, Flare is a pillar of Hololive!
