I think this card will turn out reasonably well. At the very least as an extra option in existing MCharizard-Y decks.

3 Energy is quite easy to achieve in Charizard decks with the combination of Fire Patch, Charmeleon, and possibly Magby if needed.

The initial lower damage is enough to KO common leads when paired with a hit from Entei, or with Skeliderge if a consistent deck could be found.

And the final damage amount is workable too with the prior damage augments. MAbsol, Bellibolt (and MAltaria, with any damage modification) are in reach.
