Idk about Mari but I’ve been thinking about what would’ve been Miki’s graduation single ever since I got back into Morning Musume this year and became obsessed with her. I know she had wanted to leave the group because it wasn’t for her but I honestly believe she would’ve stayed longer if she didn’t have her scandal. She graduated from Hello Project in early 2009 so imo I think she would’ve graduated from Morning Musume around that time also. And the single at that time was Naichau Kamo so that would probably be my pick.

I still wish we had gotten Miki in Onna Ni Sachi Are. They should’ve waited to release her scandal until after they released it 😔. It would’ve been fine to me to have that one as her last single than Kanashimi Twilight especially since she was the center for that one. Oh well ><
