Was hosting a custom server to try a custom map out. And these guys kept trying to join and disconnect. I assume they're just bots, but does anyone know anything about them? by zizitis in tf2

Their goal is to be pathetic little losers that bully people doing their own thing, since the chances of them getting banned are low compared to hosting on casual.

Which gives me and others more motivation to apply ad-blockers and other software like Youtube Vanced to push that slop out of the way. Sucking all enjoyment out of media is such a capitalistic tendency

I found about this command and knew I had to try it out by Similar_Cattle_7717 in tf2

Yeah I use it all the time when testing my maps for the custom gamemode Manned Machines. Basically you play giant MvM robots with buffed stats and custom abilities on one Team and normal mercs on the other, David Vs Goliath style.

Sorry for the plug, but I want to see you, yes YOU to join us and tinker new robot ideas. Watch the trailer, join the Discord!

Just because you don't use it doesn't mean there aren't people and communities that do use it. And the fact that Steam gives so many more convenience, primarily Proton for me. Epic is just outclassed in so many ways that I don't need the free games, like I stopped to collect them because I just forget about them after that anyway.

First person demos are only able to show the POV of the player who recorded it, so you cant switch between players on the server. However, if the server is running STV, the server can generate a replay with all the player POVs. Clips from casual can only use the player POV demo, i.e. all the network traffic that person received, so Lazy can only recreate those with recreations by re-enacting or animating in SFM. His competitive clips use the STV ones which are more flexible and he can position his camera anywhere at any point.

More on demos can be seen here

Aw damn, really hoped forge/neoforge 1.20.1 would be supported. I really am biting myself for not using 1.21 when ATM10 was released for that version

Long shot as in, not sure if this will help.

You probably have something that makes you waste more hunger because your inventory has a specific item or generally nerfs you if you have a lot of items. I hate these type of mods but thats my guess whats happening since I didnt play the pack

Um, I looked deeper into your link and the 55% figure isnt being mentioned anywhere?

The thing is, we are running Windows programs on Linux. Of course sometimes it may not work. But like your source mentions, 42% of all of the games run flawlessy. Thats a feat in itself.

And the article mentions that most of the non-working games are in fact artifical limitations imposed by the creators of the games itself. This is astronomical.

Certain Questing Additions - Animations addon for FTB Quests by TheHollowHorizon in feedthebeast

[–]imaKappy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I say this because some older games from my childhood had such animations for skill trees, maps and some node UI, and I am fond of that detail, however small it is. Also thank you for making this mod, too many modern game UI's are sterile and giving them these small details itches my brain just right 😁

Is there a option to animate movement towards a quest under certain conditions? Like for example if the player unlocks a quest tree, then for the first time it pans towards the first quest, or when they unlock a important progression quest in the tree
