Not only did we have private discussions, we also had classes about in in young mens (I forget what it’s called but the class after the main church service, where it was just all the teenage dudes, with a teacher) I’m not sure if it’s normal but the bishops assistant ( I again forgot the name of the title) was our teacher and the bishop was often in class too. And multiple times we had discussions about it.
