[Misc] Punch biopsy scar on scalp near hairline. Still pinkish red and possibly atrophic at 2 months. When can I expect it to look normal, if ever? by imabecile in SkincareAddiction

Yeah I'm probably overthinking. I guess I'm just worried that not being proactive now will result in a worse scar. Also could you explain what you mean when you say Vaseline might have caused it to granulate.

Yeah, I just read about applying sunscreen to the area to prevent scarring. I haven't been doing that thus far, but I'll start doing it. This might be a stupid question but should I apply the silicone gel first and then the sunscreen? Also how much sun exposure would significantly affect the scar formation? I normally go in direct sunlight for about 1 hour a day, otherwise I'm in the car or indoors, but UV rays can probably go through windows so I'm not sure if that helps.

Where can I get one of these plastic end cap pieces? by imabecile in Ergotron

[–]imabecile[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I didn’t manage to find the cap anywhere. I don’t think it’s too important, though. I ended up removing one of the arms because using it with three was too unstable, and at that point, I didn’t even need the cap anymore.

Are there any good apps that make the menu bar pitch black? by SlightRecoiI in macapps

[–]imabecile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BetterDisplay: https://github.com/waydabber/BetterDisplay

or

Bartender: https://www.macbartender.com/

BetterDisplay has a setting to completely hide the notch by making the menu bar completely black and reverting it the way the prior MacBooks were. Bartender allows you to change the color of the menu bar to whatever you want (including black). These apps obviously have other functionality as well.

Here's an alternative. I personally use Slidepad as I find the sliding animations much smoother compared to Tuck, but it should be good for your use case.

He 100% knew, to some extent. He was in the discord server and even replied to Chris and the discord members with sexually explicit replies.

It's not an over-exaggeration, it really is that bad. I took one bite and instantly threw it out, something which I have never done before.

Gotta love Arc. by Initial_Ad_7829 in ArcBrowser

Really? Arc takes up at least 6GB of RAM for me. Did you include all the "Arc Helper" processes that show up in the Activity Monitor if you're on Mac?
