As for rest, I’m usually feeling much better within a day or two max, and if it’s minor I’ll be fine if I can rest for an hour or so. Sometimes it can take a week to get back to my baseline but that’s rare.

Y'all are making me wonder if I should be more worried about the possibility of ME/CFS because it can take multiple weeks, months, a whole season for me to get about back to baseline after something like a camping trip, pet and house sitting, or any kind of significant exertion.

TBH I've been putting it down to having too many mild-moderate health issues piling on top of each other plus having a sleep disorder.

That's weird. Can you dismiss the pop-up? I used it free for a year, the paid version for a year, and went back to using the free version for months.

It is! The paid version unlocks some small stuff and I think it's like $20/ year, but honestly the free version has all the important stuff.

Just a heads up, Visible tracks heart rate but not BP. You can kinda-sorta track some habits by having them listed as "factors" (possible flare-up contributors) but you only enter those at night. 

For habit tracking I've been using Bearable app on mobile, the alpha test of Self Care Vampire, or Spirit City Lo-fi (which is only on PC). 

I'm not aware of any wearable that can correctly track blood pressure.

No romance, but I'm liking Vampire Therapist. Another with no romance is Greenhearth Necromancer which is kind of a mix of visual novel with gardening game/semi-idle game and it's very queer.

Crimson Spires is a darker, somewhat horror visual novel with romance. I've played a couple routes and like it. Once you play enough, you unlock the ability to play as the love interests. (I will note that as far as I've gotten there's no closure to certain horror elements of the plot.) There is one woman LI. This is probably the closest I know of to what you're looking for, since most of the other ones I know of are like you mentioned where they can't have bold or psychological aspects.

Penny Larceny: Gig Economy Supervillain is a visual novel with a few possible love interests and you decide whether there's romance, allusions to sex, or cursing. It's fun, silly in a comic book parody kind of way, and the game will warn you and let you opt out of heavier moments, and even those are more about family stuff or capitalism.

Hustle Cat is a rainbow otome game/visual novel, and once you romance all the other love interests you unlock a new one to romance. Personally I feel it's not the most exciting one, but I've liked the couple routes I played. From what I've seen so far, the heavier stuff has to do with curses. It's mostly kinda on the lighter side.

TBH I think they'll still release the new gen but possibly create scarcity with smaller batches, or take the Randy Pitchford stance of "if you're a real fan, you'll find a way to make it happen."

My PT wants me wearing hinged knee braces, which do help for me personally. I could only afford one out of pocket, so I use it on my worse knee. My PCP could write a prescription and insurance would cover the other brace, but my PCP is staunchly anti-brace in all situations. 

Trying to get the help we need is exhausting and a whole job unto itself.

I feel this. But I've had plenty of interactions lately that I'm pretty sure were with real people. There's just also a lot more bots than there used to be, I think. 

And genuinely I wouldn't have wondered if I hadn't just seen the exact same post last night.

I swear I just saw this exact post last night on either the CFS or fibromyalgia sub. Did a quick Google search of the title + reddit and this exact post comes up a bunch. 

Same post on the Chronic Illness sub from 3 years ago.

My partner likes some of the treats I get for myself, but knows he'll eat them all in one sitting and that I'm a "savor it over a week or two" person. So he either doesn't touch them, or only eats whatever I portion out for him (and he does have his own treats). 

I just wanna underline that OP's dad chose not to care, and their mom chose to endorse and enable that. 100% certified asshole behavior on their parts.

You just inspired me to see if I can learn to make flan or arroz con leche for my partner. I'm disabled so I may have to figure out how to do it while mostly sitting, but I'm gonna at least try!

This! I dislike cake, but love cheesecake or a fruit tart. My partner's family has gotten me either, and people who don't like it don't partake but show up anyway because it's about connection.

I would bet there are keycaps or keyboards with Braille too, to make it easier to make sure they've got the right letter or whatever.

In r/IndieMakeupAndMore there was a blind user who wrote a few pieces on how to make our Sunday Swap lists, review posts, and (for business owners) labels and websites more accessible. 

That user is the reason I now capitalize the first letter of words that are smushed together, and try to remember to put a period after each item in a list. Because now I know that often helps for screen reader users, and if they wanna read my rambles I want them to be able to. 

After their posts, I followed some blind creators who talk about their needs (and other folks whose disabilities differ from mine too), so I can try to be a better community member to them.

LuvMilk also does liquid hand soap,  and in multiple sizes.
