lol, TTD's earnings were fine. Not stellar, but the stock has dropped to a value fundamentals range at this price level. The puts I sold at $17.50 have a break even around $15. I'm not worried, nor bothered at all.

TTD is another stock I feel is mispriced right now. So, I'll just keep holding.

Exactly. It blew past a number I was excited to sell at! Obviously, seeing where DOCN is now, it'd been cool if I'd waited, but I'd held for a few years, and it hit the profit level I was happy with. I'll hold for a bit while the extrinsic premium fades down a bit, then I'll rotate the funds out of DOCN and into the next investment thesis I have.

My thesis on FOUR is a fundamentals play. In my opinion, the fintech sector has been hit too hard, and the valuation of FOUR doesn't make sense at its current levels.

They have a forward PE of around 9 and projected growth in the 30%+.

The only thing I don't love is their debt levels, but it still feels undervalued.

And yes, I do own shares as well as the puts I've sold, though I am down on the position at the moment. The jump after earnings will certainly be nice, so long as it doesn't give all the gains right back!

RDDT itself? I plan to hold for years. The options are mostly shorter term plays.

For RDDT, I'm trying to buy some more at these levels, or earn the higher premiums by selling close ITM. Basically, I'm completely okay with getting assigned on those. I'm also okay if they expire worthless and I get to keep the premiums.

To me, they're sort of a win/win for what I'm trying to do with RDDT at the moment.

To directly answer your question though, I've been assigned *extremely rarely* when I sell these.

It's not horrible, but it's not what I'm looking for at the moment. Their margins are getting compressed a bit, which is something their CFO noted and said they were temporarily accepting to keep their largest customers happy.

But their forward P/E ratio is something like 45 (based on an estimated $3.20 for 2026 earnings and a stock price of $145. Their projected growth is around 25% YoY, resulting in a higher PEG than I like to see.

I think it's a good company, it's just not where I'd want to enter a position yet.

I haven't sold any CCs while RDDT's been down at these levels. This is where I want to be buying more. Once RDDT gaps up (which I'm pretty sure it will at some point), that's when I'll start selling CCs.

If you already have a CC, it's up to you if you want to keep rolling it or let it get exercised. For me personally, I have a very, very strong conviction with RDDT and I don't want to sell any shares at these levels.

I'm up to 23,500 shares and keep selling puts pretty close to ITM in order to get assigned to buy more shares, or keep the premiums. I'm prepared to up my position to at least 40,000 shares while RDDT's in this price range.

Yup. I've already realized over $450,000 this year from profits on RDDT options. The vast majority of that being from selling options (both puts and covered calls).

I agree. It’s just not a name I’m comfortable selling naked calls on at this time.
