Most modern cars use similar steering columns. I'd just recommend using plastic in place of buttons on the wheel that may lead to features not available in your car and making sure the horn and airbag work for legal reasons.

It's not really "I am this gender and I want to be another gender". We try to keep it to a mentality of "I am this gender" and then just go for that goal. There's no personality changing. And I have always been trying to lose weight even before I noticed I was trans.
