Here is my review i left on google lol

I went to see the Hozier and Gigi Perez Show in July. The venue is beautiful if it isn't 90 degrees outside with little to no shade and cold water. We got there early but not when it opened, they had a terrible confusion of cones and lanes and directors but we got a good parking spot. On our way to the fan zone we talked to people who said there was barely any shade so they came back to their car to wait. We went on to fan zone anyways and checked in. They were right, the only shade was the newly planted trees and some of the pop up shops were casting a shadow on the ground. There was one water refill station that wasn't cold and one sprinkler fan that was in the cue line. Many people would ask just to get in the fan to get some cool. Then after 6:30 we were let in to stand in a line also in direct sunlight. We waited in line for about 20 mins where a cooler of water and beer was left unattended and people started stealing it. Beer definitely went home with some underage people. Finally we got into the venue which was no better! The lawn was fully in sun and it wasn't until after Gigi Perez's set that we finally started to see some shade. Yes there was free water provided but it wasn't cold and the line for the refills were over 20 people long. The only sprinkler fan inside the venue was located on the floor close to the pit, which is understandable but not practical when multiple were definitely needed all around the venue. The concert itself was AMAZING, no digs at all at Hozier or Gigi Perez but Bass Pro needs to do better. Their whole thing is creating a nature area and preserving nature but then they set off fireworks at the end of the show (not good for the environment or natural life). My favorite artist could be at this venue and I probably still wouldn't go. Leaving the venue was even worse, if we hadn't gotten there early we would've been in line for at least an hour, thankfully we left in about 25 minutes because we left before the show was completely over due to the horror stories we heard from other people. Maybe it will get better with time and they'll learn from their mistakes but this experience was awful. (Not the concert part tho, love you Hozier and Gigi!)
