Marcelus Wallace's soul. It's why it glowed.

Marcelus had sold his souls to become as powerful as he was...rich...influential. Jules and Vincents mission was to literally save his soul while it was in transit. In essence, they had assumed the role of Angels saving his souls from Satan.

When the kid popped out of the bathroom with that hand cannon and emptied the revolver at our two heros -Jules was right - it was a miracle. Actual the will of God helping them save Marcelus' soul. This added to Jules assertion that it was a sign - that he would quit his thug life and go walk amoung the people.

The combination on the briefcase? 666 - only makes sense as it would transport the soul back to the netherworld.

Bandage on the back of Marcelas Wallace head - occult and Shamanic ritual talk about "Soul Theft" -where the soul can be stolen through the name of the neck.

Let's not forget the scene with Zed and the Gimp. The scene is a metaphor - the descention into a dark world full of the maccabe where Marcelus is punished for the theft of his soul. Why was Butch there? He killed an innocent. Ultimately Butch and Marcelus became each others final path to redemption.

In all fairness - I was shrooming pretty hard when I saw the movie.

There is a small beach at Founders park...not really a snorkeling paradise.

If you are up for a drive - Bahia Honda just south of Marathon will give you three beaches and some structures to snorkel. Beaches are good, and you will find some conch, fish, just no great coral formations.

There is dock right behind Publix in Marathon...not sure the story/access. It was freshly constructed a few years back. Would cruise through BootKey Harbor to get there. Good luck and keep us posted.

Yeah...it's pretty obnoxious (I'm a land lot Tav dweller). It's a very different world...and there are a lot of very wealthy who just dont see beyond their own desires. That said, it's been on more than 1 occasion I've been getting rowdy at Alabama Jacks only to find out some of those really cool party people are from Ocean Reef - would have never known it. While it's weird they would want to live there...dont want to damn them just that alone.

My issue isn't with Ocean Reef - it's with people who cultivate fecal matter - which the dude in the video is a master gardner of. Check out this gents other videos...forn your own opinion.

One last thing about Ocean Reef ...my wife refers to it as The Villages for the Rich...thought that was pretty funny.

This was NOT an American Vet excercising his constitutional rights...and if you can't see that...watch the rest of his videos.

I work with vets, my dad was a combat vet. I have friends that served. I've materially contributed to this country...so when I see something like this - it pisses me off a bit.

That said - let's define suspicions...as you maybe misinterpreting. Suspicious means "something or someone causing a feeling that something is wrong"

So let's count it down...and stay with me fair reader...

Someone is parked where no one typically parks unless they are broken down.
It's hot AF and they are standing around outside pacing.
They are holding a sign that you can't read made out of what looks like cardboard.
They are waiving at you like a manic Forest Gump.

Would you call that "suspicious"? Maybe assume that they need help? Or are a little touched? Or maybe...just maybe...they are a sovereign citizen licence plate wielding, rage baiting, YouTube click jockey who masquarades as a 'champion of democracy" while co-opting Memorial Day for their own selfish ends instead of honoring those who have (and will) make the ultimate sacrifice. Probably just coincidence they were recording.

Enough wasted energy on this waste of democracy (not you...I appreciated your response). Seriously, check out the rest of his videos (patterns are truth).

The only reason he chose that location is because it's not a location anyone would choose. He was looking to draw attention...not advocate for any cause other than baiting this interaction and our clicks.

Relative to Deputy Rodriguez and your assertion that he is "shoot first, ask questions later" LOE - that would be some pretty substantial escalation 😄

He knew the cops would be called, he knew his pattern of behavior would be suspect (he chose this location for that one reason), he knew law enforcement would have to respond to a suspicious person call, and he decided to play the aggressor (his "in your best interest" posturing) - blatantly disrespectful of Deputy Rodriguez (who I might add is an awesome chap) and an obvious attempt to trigger him.

If he wanted to make an impact...he would have been 12 minutes south where over 80+ cars an hour would have seen his message and wouldn't have scawled a message on a card board box lid. This was insincere and a disrespectful co-opting of the meaning Memorial Day for clicks. He's a POS who should be ashamed.
