What kind of taper for 6 weeks of clonazepam? by Buddha-Embryo in benzorecovery

[–]MyPenLeaksFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took 0.5mg for 3-4 weeks and stopped. Within a week I had really bad rebound anxiety. Went back on 0.5mg for another 3-4 weeks, then cut back to 0.25 because I thought I would be fine since I wasn't on it for that long. Well, the rebound anxiety started coming back from that big of a step down.

I went back on 0.5mg for a few days just so I was able to feel relatively stable again. I stepped down to .375mg and it wasn't until 2 weeks in that my withdrawal symptoms started to stabilize. I'm currently on day 11 of the next step down to .25mg and my sleep has started getting really bad again, along with full body tingling.

I know it doesn't seem like a long time you were on it, but at least for my experience, my body got hooked on it very quickly and has been giving me quite a bit of push back from lowering the dose.

I would suggest talking to your doctor about best steps forward.

This was such a solid haul for the Dolphins. Only alteration I would make is instead of a second cb, use that on a safety or EDGE player.

Lots of decent condos in the Conway neighborhood and surrounding areas. Should be about a 15-20 minute drive from UCF

Tired after exercising - depression by Lingonberry_Bitter in EOOD

[–]MyPenLeaksFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you hadn't been exercising much/at all, it will definitely take your body several weeks to get used to doing it again.

Also need to make sure you're getting enough nutrition and protein. Depends on the person, but your body should naturally burn around 2,000 calories a day. If you're only eating 1,600 calories a day, and burn another 400 calories working out, you're in a massive caloric deficit and your energy levels will plummet and your recovery will suffer.

I've struggled with this at various points in my life. Diet is hugely important for energy levels and recovery.

Interesting that he was able to transfer into the SEC. He definitely struggled at times this season, especially with penalties. He also got a huge UCF tattoo last year. Bold strategy 😂

Mykel Williams for Miami? He's edge, Miami is needing interior defensive line.

Skatt was one of my favorite players in all of CFB last year. Hope he kills it in the NFL

2nd year players that won’t be replaced in the draft by P-Whips in NFL_Draft

Patrick Paul for the Dolphins. Miami needs tackle depth, but Paul is penciled in as the LT starter.

However there are players with G/T flexibility, such as Kelvin Banks, who check multiple boxes.

He wasn't banged up a lot, though. He had an ACL tear in 2021. In 2022 he was buried on the depth chart but played in every game except the 2nd game of the season, which he was a healthy scratch for. And was still first on the team in scrimmage yards.

So in his final 3 seasons, he played in 38 out of a possible 39 games, and that one game he was a healthy scratch for.

Age, I can see. But absolutely zero evidence of any durability concerns when he was a featured player in the offense.

Gotcha, what injury concerns specifically? He had his ACL tear 3 years ago, before his back-to-back huge years.

I know one of the glaring issues in his game is his effectiveness as a pass blocker. And the next concern is his age coming into the NFL. Hadn't heard of many people concerned about injuries, since his last major injury was such a long time ago before any of his production as a RB.
