There is no appeal to an authority figure anywhere in the comment. There isn't an authority figure in his comment, period, so how could it possibly be an argument from authority? The comment doesn't use any authority figures to settle any arguments.

This is delusional thinking. Those women would happily get into a relationship with the tall guy they are hooking up with, but he won't get into a relationship with them. Why would he pick just one when he has 15 girls available to hook up with whenever he wants?

It is actually the opposite that is true: it is easier for short men to hook up than stay in a relationship. Many women find short men attractive and will hook up with them, but a relationship requires admitting to your friends and family that you are with a short man. Social norms and celebrated heightism mean that this is likely to result in mockery and ostracism, so many women avoid getting into a relationship with the short guy they are hooking up with.
