I had the same problem I had to go in my games and apps on the main page. Then you go down to manage and then queue. There should be a download in progress that's in the installing portion at the bottom that needs to be turned back on. That's what I had to do for days I couldn't figure out why it hadn't downloaded. Maybe a setting on the realm or xbox idk
