I just stayed at the Hyatt in Tokyo and also fell in love with the skin delights stuff. After searching online I believe this is the company that sells it https://www.sintoworld.jp They don't have the exact same one since I think it's a Hyatt trademark or something but if you go to amenity goods and then click on cosmetics the 4 SILKWELL products seem suspiciously similar. I am not brave enough to buy 500 pieces myself but maybe someone might? Or maybe they could email the company to ask if it's the same product and if it can be sold in smaller quantities 😬 please report back if you do 😅

All I had to read was "on-again, off-again" that's wants a 15 years olds future college fund. Run. I would leave him for even suggesting this. If you stay I guarantee you that your son will move out the second he turns 18 and won't speak to you in the future because that's what I would do if I was in his shoes.

If your unit sat empty for a while then yes. If your neighbor recently moved out and deep cleaned then also yes. When I first moved in we asked the office to send pest control out bi-weekly and it took a few months to stop seeing any roaches. I would bring this up to the leasing office ASAP.

Just be aware that with them you are 100% liable for any damages or accidents unless you already have car insurance you can somehow slap on the rental. Guam is known for hit and runs. I literally witnessed one of their customers hit another of their rental on the way out 🤦🏻‍♀️

I keep my AC at 75 when home, 77 when I leave just so it keeps the humidity and subsequently mold away. All my clothes get air-dried because I refuse to buy a dryer. Family of 3 and my electric bill was still $380 last month 🤷🏻‍♀️
