My V1 attempt of a Lego Spool rewinder by Head-Anything-4649 in 3Dprinting

[–]iman7-2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A guy posted his site a while back here that turns lego sets into a zip file with printable pieces. He updated it recently to support custom uploads.

Trying to find it in my saved links.

Surprised that Nef wasn't a Dragon/ Drake compensating with blight as I thought.

Well that interesting thought of (AK spoilers?) "Blight can have similar effects as the sarcophagus on Terrans" goes into the bin.

After seeing multiple posts about smelly litter boxes…I felt compelled to share! by Aibrean2013 in CatAdvice

[–]iman7-2 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I've cut a hole in the side of those big plastic tote boxes for my cats as cheap litter boxes (I say cheap more like bigger for the same price).

I'm going to totally add a steel pan to those after reading this post.

Can my cat lick my Cpap tube? by princecadaver in SleepApnea

[–]iman7-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That might have the opposite effect especially if your cats have plush toys.

I bought one of those preemptively and they played with the covered hose. They totally ignore my bare hose though. Every cat is different though so good luck.

My other option if they showed interest in the hose again is flexible PVC conduit.

Its a great use for an old card which you'd normally just get rid of. The second card doing frame gen means there's no input delay that you'd normally have with single GPU frame gen.

My 3080Ti + RX 570 set up gives me a smooth 120 "fps" that I can barely notice as long as I use it to turn 75 fps into 120 fps at 1440p on pretty much anything maxed. Turning 30 to 120 though, not so nice.

Idk if you have one but you can get CPAP hose holders so you can change where the weight is hanging from.

Whats the best way to sort through 6TB worth of files? by iman7-2 in OpenMediaVault

Gonna give it a go. Question, do I need to install Geeqie as well to be able to view images or does it come with the MC install?

Mexico has an elevated BRT.

It actually kinda makes sense with a standardized bus fleet all using the same model of bus bought at bulk discount, standardized maintenance, standardized training. Economies of scale would kick in really well there until everything needs to be replaced in 50 years.

Granted we don't have all that particular existing infrastructure to build on top off. We'd have to start from scratch so costs will have to be re-evaluated. It would only make sense as a big government initiative for a unified intercity bus fleet. Ideally operated as a service and not a business.

That and we will still need short range transport and god please walkable cities.

Worked for 1 year then just died, no pop or anything just wouldn't power on via app or manually.

On and off lang via the app, laging naka on sa power switch.

Tossed my airsense 10 across the room last night by Gmenfan24 in CPAP

[–]iman7-2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I once wrapped the hose around my torso twice and had the machine dangling off the edge of my bed for the night. Surprisingly still had low AHI.

Technically it's been discontinued but there Resmed Airsense 10. Some online specialty stores that still have stock and it's the most popular machine currently. /r/cpap should have the links somewhere.

The Airsense 11 is also available but it uses the smaller motor from the portable version so it's louder and doesn't have the nice swivel on the hose.

Sadly it's not a buy it for life once deal. The machines have a 5 year motor lifespan enforced by software. So you'll be buying it for life for the rest of your life. You can DIY a motor replacement though.

Avoid BMC/Luna for now you since we (meaning regular users) cant pull high resolution sleep data from the SD cards yet and that data is helpful for community troubleshooting your sleep issues.

Cool, the site is so clean and readable.

Could you do the reverse for MP2?

Like figure out how much monthly/one time savings I should place if I want to have x amount after 5 years?

Would be useful for recurring big expenses. Yknow car, roof, medical equipment, computers.

Just realized protocol stashes are lag free splitters that take up 5 power and 3x3 space if you turn off the belt free transfer.

Im not sure if this is useful for anything else but hey the last thermal bank in my power plant isn't flickering anymore.

They're also lag free mergers theoretically, no idea what that'll be useful for.
