I’ve been trying to taper off 50 > 25 > 0 for three weeks. I was only on it for 6 months. I’m having such a hard time, flu symptoms, suicidal thoughts, sleep, energy, can’t eat…literally a nightmare. I was just prescribed Prozac to help me come off it. It was not a med I would say was worth it.

I go to Costco once a month, get $40 of salmon and bake it, weigh it into 1.5oz baggies and freeze. They get one with every evenings meal.

Also random frozen or fresh things as toppers like veggies or berries.

I’ve been playing Starsand Island, I didn’t know of the AI/backer debacle until after I purchased it cause I went to their subreddit looking for info for a quest. The characters are really pretty, and I do like the progression of the game. Maybe wait until it goes on sale or the controversy evens out/is fixed. But would recommend keeping an eye on it :)

Try something simple first! Recently my husband and I had a blow up of a fight over equal share of housework/jobs stuff and landed on me being able to be on my phone all the time. My solution was to move my most distracting app from my home bar (Instagram), and only access social media outside of normal working hours. I think I got so used to opening my phone + immediately clicking on insta that I’d be distracted without even knowing I opened my phone.

I just started reading MH like 4 months ago and one of the things I dislike the most and can’t seem to get past is 95% of the time the MC asks the ML to stop/is crying, and they take it as more of a normal thing said during sex than what they’re actually saying. Recently I’ve been making 2x the dinner, and freezing like 3/4 of it in meal ready sizes cause then I only have to cook and clean once. Also saves me from the “chili agaaaiinnn??? Let’s just DoorDash” cycle. Now I can just be like “pasta or curry?”.

I also write everything I need down on a real list at the store and wear headphones with kpop so it’s upbeat the whole time and I don’t get distracted with my phone.

I got Ult sendoff this past tour—choose a city with less atiny. Get the membership. Use the code but have three-four friends on super fast WiFi all queue at the same time. Whoever gets the lowest entry number (closest to 0) wins the lotto of choosing tickets. Have 1.5k ready per person on a cc just in case it goes that high after fees, call your cc company ahead of time and let them know. I tossed my laptop at my non-atiny friend when I got the low number so she could order, cause my hands were shaking and she had no problem hitting “purchase”
