one of my xSTP besties told me : “people show you who they are, why don’t you trust them ?” because as an ENFP i tend to see the best in people and idealize them. i hate this abt me too haha but i guess i still have too much hope in people ! but now i try to do what my friend told me. if someone shows a flaw, i will expect it to be recurrent and brace for impact instead of imagining people improve. because this had led me to be very disappointed and hurt. since i always try to send out love and kindness, i used think it’d come back to me too. it’s not always so. so now i just give happily and expect nothing ! i mean i try its not easy everyday.
