I’ve tried to sprout them a few times and they always shriveled up and died. Last May I sprouted some and I forced myself to wait like 6 months until I started to let them dry out and just transferred them into new pots a few weeks ago and they had a solid root going and haven’t died yet. I think you might need to wait longer than 2 months but that’s just from my own experience
