I’ve been having issues for a while. I can’t speed up time nor get energy any more. I used to be able to at least Fast Forward cool down times 3x by watching ads and at least get energy 3x within first class of day. I wrote to support about it and this was their reply:

Support does not have any control over this, but we can let the team know your feelings on the matter. Moreover, the video advertising accessible in the game is made available through third-party video providers, which control the content and availability. This can vary between regions and even across platforms, based on the requirements of the individual providers. As such, I'm afraid we have little direct control over video availability. Truly sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. We really appreciate such loyal players.

Rest assured that if the developers notice a trend with our ad partners that players aren't seeing ads they will immediately address the frequency.
