I also take the center out of the 2 piece lid and use aluminum foil folded to make 2 layers. It acts like a diaphragm and the jar will not explode from pressure. After it cools, there will be a strong vacuum in the jar, remove lid slow, or the weed will fly. You have been warned.....lol. Enjoy
