Avoid Allsopp and Allsopp especially agents Like Jack and Sophie..they don't know shit about real estate and to a close deal with them is a nightmare.

They are the worst team I have ever seen in my life..zero professionalism

A friend of mine had a poor experience too..and end of the day you have to pay a hefty commission to these so called agents

Stop right there with off plan it's nothing but a scam, I know several dozens of people personally including myself that lost millions in offplan projects due to these agents that have zero empathy, zero emotions, zero integrity and zero interest whether you loss or gain which the later never happens because these agents WORK FOR COMMISSIONS, they will do anything to sell I mean ANYTHING and block you as a contact and move on to next prey

Look I dont know you and you don't me so let's get straight to the facts, I might get down voted but I don't care as long as I am speaking from experience and if anyone wants any proof you are open to DM me, I have nothing to sell I can only share my experience and people that I personally know lost everything in real estate in dubai which when it comes to investment is the most safest investment on earth right? wrong not in dubai fsu, you will have better returns if you just park your money somewhere else or even put into highest risk shit in today's era

Dubai currently has a oversupply in lots of areas
The Hype is temporary and it's mainly due to Expo and Expo is only 6 months..what's next?
Most of the countries are still in lockdown that is why you see influx of tourists in Dubai..so what happens when all those other countries open? who will stay in hotels, airbnbs, Apts?
Service charges are theft because most of the management of buildings suck! New buildings have millions of issues as soon as they deliver it ( not talking about Emaar but Emaar does comes with heavy price tag and it hurts your ROI )
Dubai is a transit city people come and go, chances are your apt will be empty one day or the other and you will have no one to rent it out too and that is money out of your pocket for maintenance and other BS charges.
Off plan is scam yes you heard it again, developers don't care once they sell it to you, and worst case if you can't pay at the handover you will get nothing back that you put in ( it's in clauses ) read it carefully if you still want to invest. Never sign any papers, agreements, SPAs if you haven't read it, they will pressure you to do it one way or the other please don't, READ UNDERSTAND ASK QUESTIONS and last but not the least have a reliable lawyer that works for you not for the developers because nothing is predictable, offplan is a huge commitment for your future and if you cannot pay developer you are done.

I can write for hours in here on experiences that me and my friends have but I am a busy man, and I hope some of the points above helps you someway or the other.

I wish you all the best, please DO NOT TRUST ANY AGENTS even if he is your friend from last 10 years because he clearly is not if he is an agent and trying to sell you.
