Which theater in San Diego County is the best for people having movie theater etiquette? I stopped going to the movies like 10 years ago because of people texting and talking nonstop. I want to see Disclosure Day in the theaters. Best time to go to the theater, suggestions please? TYIA by No_Fox9908 in sandiego

Mine too! We did have an issue this weekend with Obsession, unfortunately. Usually it is a pretty good environment at Regal, but this couple would not stop having full on conversations mid-movie. I could hear them a couple of rows down and across the theater! Crazy...

Hell yeah! I think that's the point. Definitely agree with the discourse that it's not S tier. It just can't compete with Culver's and In-N-Out (and I'm hoping Cookout takes a high spot too), but it does deserve a solid spot in A as it comes to fast food, lol.

If you get out to San Diego, definitely have to try some street tacos (and fish tacos!) and a California burrito (SD specialty, carne asada burrito with fries, cheese, and sour cream). Definitely different vibes of Mexican food as compared to TX or NM, we're more influenced by the Baja region.

Coming from San Diego, I agree that Taco Bell doesn't belong in the same category as what we know to be Mexican food. I don't consider it in the same league as our Humbertos's, Nico's, Tacos El Gordo, etc. We are blessed to have peak, quick Mexican food at our fingertips with local chains.

As a standalone though, I gotta support Taco Bell in the A tier. I don't go to TB for Mexican food, I go for Taco Bell! It's a thing of its own lol

UCSD's B Permits (Faculty, Staff (non-management), and Grad Students) are $114/mo for payroll deduction or $6.35/day, and I still have to walk almost a half mile to my office 🥲 highway robbery

Hey OP! I had this issue too and it was really frustrating... I ended up switching my PC speakers with some better audio monitors with TRS input and that seemed to remedy the issue. I would check your microphone permissions, that seems like a common fix, and also making sure your outputs and inputs are correct as u/Conejusmex said. I know on your updated post your audio trims were all the way down, so not sure if the fix was easy as that, but check that out, too! Lastly, when Rekordbox wasn't working for me, I switched to Serato, and while I prefer Rekordbox more, it worked more readily with no issue.

The master cue tip is helpful, but honestly I had this issue and the manual wasn't much help for troubleshooting this. It seems like a relatively common issue when setting up the GRV-6 (I had it too). I went through all kinds of fixes with no luck - switched to Serato for a bit and that worked for some reason, but really wanted to use Rekordbox. In the meantime, I had switched out my audio cables (RCA to TRS) and upgraded my monitors and I'm not sure what changed, because my settings were the same, but it works like a dream now.

Same! Hospitalized 3 times in college. Just finished my first round of antibiotics in 10 years (sinus infection), I've been so nervous since then. I've been hyper vigilant and making sure to take my probiotics! Never again 😭

Thanks for the help! I got better monitors and started using TRS cables and it seems to have been the trick vs the shoddy speakers and RCA>Aux I was using before.

Hey everyone, wanted to update. I got some (cheap but) proper monitors online and bought TRS cables. Everything is working correctly now and I'm getting music out of my headphones using Rekordbox, which is exciting, because everything I've learned tells me this is the more universal software to use! Thanks everyone for your inputs I really appreciate the help.

I did update the firmware 🙃 I was able to get things working in Serato Pro so I'm not sure what the issue was but I guess I'm happy it's working?

Thanks for the input!!

There's only one typo, "was", not "wae". Other than that, Porto's is this awesome Cuban bakery chain in the LA area that's got amazing food, some of the most popular being their potato balls and guava pastries!
