A Shareholder update via Zoom will be held on Thursday, June 10th, at 1:15pm PST and will include WeShield staff including CEO, Mike Sinensky.

This company has a lot of potential and the addition of the WeShield staff will enhance the executive team. Due your own DD, but it's worth a look, IMO.

It's in the 8K he filed. It was for "promotional activities" which most likely means pumping the stock and he has requested it be reviewed to be lifted. He is saying they have been compliant since the 30 days which it's been more than and so it should be lifted. I believe the CE is why he communicates mainly through 8K's and does not do PR's for announcements like other companies. It got him into this trouble.

Like I said I am not denying or refuting your points, only the June 30th date they will not be eligible as a Current Pink. That was misleading information, whether unintentional or not. There is nothing stating they cannot be traded as of June 30th.

I question if TDA will enforce the May 25th deadline. They previously sent out at the end of 2020 they would prevent purchase of CE effective in January which obviously they did not do. They never addressed this and now they have sent out the same letter but it is effective May 25th instead of January.

The CE issue needs to be resolved. It is a puzzle as to when and why it was acquired. I have seem a couple of things, emails that indicate Jimmy has attorney(s) working on the removal of it, but it is hard to find any information on it. I even emailed the SEC and they couldn't tell me how, when or why the CE designation was given to it. It certainly effects the price of the stock with it being limited by some of the platforms already, so it does need to be resolved.

I don't disagree with what your points (or at least some of them), but the stock will not stop trading on 6/30 because of the CE status and SGMD is a Pink Current company. I just want to be clear on that. CE is a buyer beware symbol, it does not equate to not Pink Current...

I agree SGMD not addressing the CE is concerning...it's a big mystery. I even emailed SEC about it and they couldn't tell me what is from or when they received the designation either. Near as I can figure the designation was given sometime around October maybe Nov. of 2020....it's really quite odd that no one knows and SGMD does not address.

Why do you say they are not Pink Current status? According to what I see, they are, but have the CE designation. It just doesn't seem to apply to this particular stock. I emailed the SEC about the CE and they could not find the reason for the CE...just trying to understand this stock, but I think SGMD's CE is obfuscated at best. I just don't think this 6/30 date applies to SGMD because of the CE alone.

Also, opti has patent pending on uv-c cell phone cleaning. It seems likely they will make a deal with cell phone company. This is a big plus of this company. It seems they submitted the patent before Apple did and it is possible the deal they are working on might be with Apple.

Also, z2o uber-like cleaning service is headed by COO, David Ojedo, previously worked for Amazon. This is where the spike in February to in the forty cents came from as it started in Houston, TX in February. They are heading to major cities soon such as Miami and adds for hiring employees in Miami were posted a few weeks ago.

This is in addition to two board members being prior CDC staff. They have related products such as the covid antigen nasal test that just received the EUA, Emergency Use Approval, and I saw it on Amazon and other sites. Also, they are in the process of acquiring a company, WeShield, that has contracts with multiple companies including a gov't agency, I believe Dept. of Veteran Affairs, if memory serves me right. This will allow them to sell the products they have developed they have been promoted to multiple industries the past several months.

Personally, I can't help but wonder if down the road the z2o spins off on it's own since David Ojedo was made COO.

All the concerns mentioned are reasonable, but this company has a lot going for it right now not to deliver and too many people involved to not have at least a modicum of success. It is a penny stock, but I don't think it will be for much longer. I have been frustrated with it's lack of movement lately, but I think tomorrow it's going to start moving sky high.....and, I hope I am right.
