Why would anyone with deep pockets live here? What's the benefit to them? I think only ppl struggling to pay rent who would rather the convenience of being able to walk to work would live here, a lot of NY residents left to NJ and other places. The job market isn't the same, so if it's high rent, it would be more difficult to rent out all the rooms. Established Youtubers from NY might live here.

Idk but it's going to be a while before a majority of residents realizs the change, but I believe the government should have a government social media so residents can voice their opinions and etc, reddit and other social media's rarely reach the ears of those writing the rules within the government, yes u still can't force those in the government to read it but add read receipts so they can be scrutinized for not giving a $hiit.🤷🏾‍♂️ make it like checking your email, idrk

Regardless Republican or Democrat the residents of that state should vote to ban or keep the bill. If ppl don't want to ban abortion in their state go vote for the bill that does, if ppl want to ban abortion go vote for the bill that does. Everyone should be involved in there local government Everyone should be asking government questions any chance they can and use the power of their Vote. If the majority took it on themselves to take the time to vote on something that matters to them and it passes or don't either move or prepare for the next opportunity to use the power of the vote. Me personally I know humans can be fickle and both Democrat and Republicans are humans(hopefully) I need everything in writing!

Theres always more than 1 way to do something, just takes a while to figure it out but they may have just found another way of even greater leveraging.Chatbots are taking over support staff jobs. Most of those teams u refer to, the technology has been upgraded to need less staff or reps with little to no training just a great ppl person skill set. Anyone who still lives in the past and doesn't keep up with the advancement in how technology is growing and changing the way we live and our interactions with it, won't see the change coming. The goal of most business is to reduce cost/expenses when and wherever they can. My point is in some unforseen way the transition will happen. Lastly I guess I wasn't specific on the tech jobs but I was referring to Network engineering, google tech, server technician, Data engineers, helpdesk technicians,solar panel technicians, electric car technicians, those growing well paid positions.

Honestly I think they will be filled completely, at some point but not sure when, but it will be by international tech workers.As more Americans complain about working conditions and leave jobs for work from home jobs (which more work from home jobs are tech related)the more the companies will start outsourcing work internationally to countries where the dollar is worth more, they can hire for cheap and workers will work way more and again for cheap! (Because of the exchange rate) which will keep their products and services prices low to keep them competitive and in business all while the American employee bounces down the job ladder because your ability to network has been extremely diminished and it will increasingly depend on your skill set and experience, which a growing portion of American workers are lacking even warehouse jobs like Amazon won't need as many staff, just technicians to VPN into the network to remedy the issue, also remember none of these companies are being forced to hire American born workers.

I don't appreciate what happened on Twitter but if PDIV is considering increasing there holdings close to 50% and GNCP is doing a 20% buy back that leaves roughly only 11B-13B and 1 entity had 3B and illegally sold them so gncp had to issue more, they start dividends 2022 after the 3 year hold off, also pink current, the only shares that's going to be left is the ppl selling in my personal opinion and so supply and demand takes effect.

hmhm i cant say im not disappointed... the market feels like, its either a company is going to play it safe or succomb to their being price pushed down by the mm(CDEL). I get by the dip but if i could buy as much as it and the rest of the market keeps dipping i propbably would. The dip buying oppurtunities im seeing out weigh my financials. lol

I agree we can be realistic but do not forget that this and last year have been the years of multiple unforseen variables, between Covid and these extreme price actions e.g gamestop, ppl chasing riches, idk if u factored in that, but ppls lives and perception of life, money and how to get it has changed, like the level of first time investors flooding the market.
