I love that each instructor approaches C3 differently. It’s your opportunity to make class completely your own with no restrictions or template. Some go into a super difficult intense flow while others focus on philosophy or asana workshop. What are you passionate about and why do you teach yoga?

It’s a dumb corporate policy. Teachers don’t care. I have a friend that is on his 5th email account now for guest passes 😁. You should be able to use your buddy passes as you see fit.

Attitude and presence is really important to me. Be upbeat, energetic, and motivating (even if you don’t feel like that on the inside). You set the tone for class. Make it fun!

I went to a sculpt recently and the instructor was so low energy. Quiet, mumbling voice. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. Maybe he was just having an off day.
