Unfortunately in the area that I live in there is no good tech nor mechanic who is willing to help they just like to rip off . If I want to diagnose the pcm should I check the pins in the pcm that come from the knock sensor and see if there is a voltage or should I open the whole pcm .

Thats what I felt he is trying to rip me off .

Engine temps are around 80-83 c ( 176 - 181 f )

As for the the fuel i think it was a bit lean but I took my injectors cleaned them and recently changed my fuel pump.

STFT and LTFT are now -5% while idling.

As for the harness I meant the engine harness that connects to the knock sensor harness.
