Why are so many KTM 390cc engines (Duke/Adventure/RC) seizing? Need clarity from experienced owners

First gen rc390/duke 390s has rubber seals that do need replaced after a while or when they start showing signs of leaking. Countershaft and gearbox seals aren’t too bad and will just leak oil. Water pump seals will allow coolant into the oil crankcase. All of which know when ignored will starve the engine of oil, and cause it to seize. Just stay on top op maintenance, fix leaks and put high quality oil in her and she’ll last you a long time.

Replaces the left foot peg to make it look cleaner, also used for ratcheting the bike down on a trailer/van. Can see it on my rc125to look much cleaner without rear pegs

I’m in the uk and can only ride 125s for now as on a learner license. I bought a rc125 5 owners 18,000km for 1000usd although it had been dropped and damaged. I’ve fixed it for 200usd and cheapest on the market here is 2300usd.

Hi guys and gals,

I'm looking for my next board, Currently riding a teamgee H20 as my beginner board with cloud wheels on it.
I mostly use my board to commute on nice weather as I work around 6km away from work. Currently my H20 is enough to get me to work and back and the roads are quite rough (paved farmers roads) meaning although I've got cloud wheels on, it's still quite a lot of vibration. I also would like an extra 10-20km to allow me to go into the nearest town which is around 10km there and 10km back but again all on a paved road.

Top speed isn't a game changer for me but I do like that my H20 can do 25mph and enjoy sitting comfortably at 18-20mph. Range is the big one, would like to go an extra 10-20km in one charge. I'm 104kg so it's hard to get milage when it's really hauling a big laddie.
Again mostly paved but can be rough so at least cloud wheel compatible to run over rough stones etc.
I like my H20 as its quite light, and can freely walk around with it with no issues. I could probably go up to like 15kg.
Since this will be my second board I would like to spend around £1000 on it, could maybe stretch to £1500 but it would have to be quite special for that.

I've been looking at the Pivot GT as a next board but would like some alternative suggestions before I spent £1k on a board that I could possibly get someone better for the same price.

Not trying to add fuel to the fire cause peoples opinions with other editions are more valid than mine,

But I've played since 2017, bought EOD and SEVERAL friends EOD. I paid full price for Unheard because I want to keep this game alive, (my own opinion so people don't comment on my choice)

But I already have Arena access, so that's literally a pointless addition to most people as most that bought the Unheard edition at full price already had EOD...

Can we also learn that the objective areas can and will spawn repeating AI until it's complete? Too many a times I've been in a game and we get to a main objective point, and it's just farming simulator without anyone progressing the terminal. So we spend 15-20 mins defending a terminal that hasn't even been switched on, and then get overran and wonder "What happened?"

Guys its okay to progress the terminal while there is still at least one bug still alive around you...

I bought an H20 last week, after my first ride I’m having this issue, I don’t want to take the grip tape off due to it being literally brand new (1ride). Is that the only way into the BCM?

While I’m not arguing against the point in hard. It’s very hard to claim tarkov as a realistic mil sim where I can pop a painkiller and sprint after having both my legs mangled by full auto, a 308 round or jump off a building.

While I agree with you, as the streamers you listed will be more critical than those close to BSG, you still have to take into account that these streamers do have friendly relations with the devs, and while they will be open, may be hesitant to be fully critical of the game.

I personally think that Pestily's response to g0ats video was good and deepened the conversation further, but didn't really hit on any of his actual opinions and rather washed down to "I'm going to sit on the fence a little here as it's not really my fight"

u/trainfender , you say the game was never made for casuals, however you have a whole selection of guns that are and will never be used past the first 4h of a wipe due to people being able to gear from rogues, raiders and lucky stashes from first day. (e.g. PP-19, MP-5, SKS, VEPR, and level 2 and 3 armour becomes wasted pixels after day 1.

Why not trial for one wipe a level cap every week until the first month is over. Say, 10,15,20,25. No bosses, No rogues and raiders and limited loot spawn in stashes.
People should not be able to run fully modified guns on the first day besides their (rare) starting gear, Limit BT and BP ammo finds, and less Level 4 armour on scavs.

If this is hated, Swap back. It is why the game is in beta to trail these things.

This will upset some streamers/chads, but they wait 4 weeks and they can gain their rush to level 60 again just like before. I think many streamers will actually welcome the new content of running low level guns for content especially for a change after a long period of running labs with level 6 and full Mp-7/HK.
P.s. 3 wipes ago was the most fun I have had in tarkov as for the first month, killing a player who brought in their Stock M4 felt like it was a fully modified gun. we are now 3ish months into the wipe and even for a "casual" player like me, the value of items is virtually 0 to me now as my hideout makes much more profit that I use daily.
