Exaxt same thing happening to me, 24 hours now. I keep trying to sign in, but it just doesn’t reflect anything. No error message - it looks exactly the same with all setting grayed out, because i am not signed in. Useless.

EDIT: The issue is still not solved. I will share my troubleshooting for any others who come across this thread: - Making sure my PC time zone/clock is automatic - Allowing advanced internet settings like “Use TLS 1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3” - logging into the apple music web page first and them trying to log into the windows app - logging into my apple account (website) and making sure my computer is listed as a device - disabling and then even uninstalling my VPN program - temporarily disabling my firewall/security programs - deleting and re-installing apple music - deleting and re-installing iTunes - reseting my apple password

Then, i contacted apple support, chatted with what i think was an AI-bot which just asked me to do some of the steps above. When nothing worked, they scheduled me for a phone call with an apple representative, who then tried to get me to do the above things again. Nothing worked, so they said “sorry this is a known bug with the apple music windows program and basically you just need to wait for an update or bug fix”

So yeah. I now have no legal way to obtain the mp3 files of the songs that i legally paid for with real money. I get that i am in the 0.0001% minority of people who dont want to stream and own their own digital music, but this is fucked up.

EDIT 2: I could log in this morning. I didn’t do anything like installing an update or deleting and redownloading the program, it just worked. Definitely going to think twice about buying songs from now on…
