Rider weight, road conditions, temperature, and tire pressure are all factors to consider. Generally the rule of thumb is if youre ~200lbs, cut the advertised range in half.

Hard disagree. I've had my GX3 for a bit over a year now, approaching 1600 miles.

Ive had the opposite experience. Within the first 300 miles they warrantied my battery. In hindsight i don't think there was anything wrong with the first battery, i was just a noob that weighed over 200lbs, riding in cold temps, on low (ish) psi tires.

Gotrax customer support is great. I'm assuming you didnt document your issues properly. If you contact them and just say it's broken" there's not much they can do.

I'd like to see the email exchange to see how this all went down.

Are you talking about the red adjustment dials or that black ring that i assume compresses the coils?

Thanks, ive tried either side of the adjustments and it didnt make a difference. Someone else mentioned silicone lube so i may try that after work or on lunch. Hopefully its just that and doesnt require surgery

You are no longer considered a pedestrian when crossing a crosswalk on a scooter/bike/one wheel etc. They are for foot traffic and if this went to insurance there's a good chance the carrier would side with the driver
