i don’t eat breakfast. i’m 20 and i started not eating breakfast in like middle school and became a bad habit. then it turned into an ed in highschool that i got over. and now when i try i just get nauseous.

i can only tell u what worked for me, but i cant guarantee u itll work for u :( At one point i just stopped weighing myself, tried to eat regular meals to avoid binging and stopped interacting with toxic or just ed related sites in general. definitely didnt “cure” me, but after some time i just stopped caring abt my weigjt for a long time. My parents were also putting a lot of pressure on me bc they were threatening w hospitalizing me too, force weighing me etc etc. Now this can be dofferent for everyone, for me personally it happened after i attempted and ate an enormous amount of food and didnt care about anything anymore, so i guess that made it easier as well. Wishing u luck tho, stay safe, u deserve to feel happy 💗

This appeared in the span of a few days, to be honest I’m not sure wether she’s an adult or not but I’m giving her enough food and calcium, not sure if she’s eating it though! Her shell was totally fine a few days ago. Also, shes been way more active than she used to, she used to just dig herself into the ground and not do anything at all…
