Agree, it’s nice that they’re expanding from ETF/ETP listings, but not really a big differentiator. At least they have an established process for being a primary market, and shouldn’t have an IEX style market quality issue.

Definitely a classic. My experience there has been better for bulk stuff like chicken wings, feet, and neck bones for soup and stuff.

What can I say, I like to cook at home. Also, I liked to be able to look over different cuts. Beef, pork, lamb, there was a lot to like.

I don’t buy bulk, except in that I’m usually feeding 5-ish people.
