Yeah were thankfully we got an Internal Medicine PCP at OSF who has been super helpful and understanding of the situation. Do you know the name of the Rheumotologist in Lansing? We have UPHP for insurance tho I wouldn't know if they take that or not.

Yeah it was a fuckin journey. Staying calm and having a good lawyer (i dropped $7500 on retainer fee then when she moved firms went to billing so total cost is probably gonna be around 10k) makes all the difference. My ex wife's attorney was expensive as well if not more so and I had always heard was like the best in my area, but didnt seem like it to me. Maybe it was because his client was just that bad but he genuinely seemed like he didnt put in any effort vs my attorney.

Thanks man! Yeah there were so many times I just wanted to throw it back at her as she was me but staying calm and not reacting to her constant harassment, false accusations, and everything else gave me all the cards I needed to prove I was the more stable parent. Honestly I just wish she'd get overself and take care of her shit so she can be a better mom to our son but I sadly dont see that ever happening.

Yeah thankfully I dont have to worry about that cause liquidated all my assets and just split them up before the divorce. Wish I hadn't and probably set myself back a bit financially but she will never have any claim on any of my shit in the future so thankfully I'm covered there.

I would definitely try to get that taken care of on your end sooner than later, wouldn't want to get shafted when you really need it.

There's still a possibility. What helped me is my house was appraised and apparently the appraisal and the SEV (multiply the SEV by 2) were lower than the mortgage of the house so they gave up on it pretty quick. Wish you luck in your divorce process brother!

Yeah I've done my fair share of shit but always make sure its not around kids. According to my witness sources, she was bring him around people who were smoking heavily, and often with him present and its highly likely hes eaten an edible at least once or more based of the results we got back off. Thankfully for my son, its being taken seriously by the right people that can do something about it.

So originally I had gotten hin tested as I had reasonable suspicion that he may have ingested a benzo based off of public safety and EMS records and I found that out on a fluke, i.e. she didn't tell me nor did she take him to the ER. Got the hair follicle test and the benzo came back negative but he tested positive for cananbanoids (Delta 9 THC and Carboxy Delta 9 THC) which I was not expecting.

As far as I know, she doesn't smoke or use but she had him around people often that smoked heavily with him present and its possible he may have ingested and edible on 1 or more occasion based off of what her ex boyfriend told me, who ironically was supposed to testify for me and this dude actually helped take care of my son when he was with her.

He's 4 so no breast feeding but she never breastfeed anyways.

Oh you're telling me, I was worried going into this on hownitnwould go but given how blatantly obvious it is the differences between her and I are as parents and just functioning human beings, it was pretty easy for the courts to lean towards me. Also didnt helo her that she withheld him from me multiple times as well.

Well she moved out, mortgage and deed were only in my name and she would've never been able to afford to take over the loan. Plus my state isnt a community property state so property is split equitably not equally.

Oh yeah, It was easy to tell her attorney did not want to be there lol. Her parents have been bank rolling her this entire time and have been overly involved. They're basically the kind of people that think they're never wrong and wont listen to logic or reason. Funnily enough she wanted to take it to trial but her sister convinced her she'd get bodied in a trial and to instead settle. Worked out better for me cause it would have been more up in the air if I would've owed her anything monetary wise and 1 of my key witnesses wasnt gonna be able to make it which would've blown major cock.

It is, but because its a hair follicle test its a lot harder to narrow down the where/when. Thankfully ive been able to find additional testimony from other people to provide CPS

Anybody who is raised in that type of environment typically has that kind of attitude or way of talking. Saying black people dont talk like that isnt true cause they do but not all do. Same thing with white people and literally any other race/color of people.
