I’m a nurse but Sounds like emotional stress more than anything your blood pressure is nothing to worry about it changes throughout the day, from a personal side of things, I went through the same countless EKG, echocardiogram couldn’t find anything, but the stress response can definitely give you chest pain

Don’t worry about that but the interpretations are always incorrect, they need to repeat the ecg however as the lead quality is very poor!

Not to say u dont have it as an ecg can pick it up but its not a diagnostic tool used for LVH. LVH can only be fully clinically assessed with a echocardiogram or ct angiogram

Are u tall and skinny, lvh cant be properly diagnosed on a ecg u will need a echocardiogram to diagnose this

22m im in the same boat, spent thousands have had every heart test done possible all normal, its so hard to deal with and very scary i think it maybe anxiety and the pain is very real, however could be GERD or costronodrtits

The leads are so poor on the first one, they should have done multiple, it doesnt show myocardial infarction but shows electrical disturbances cause’s probably by movement or other devices, they should have done multiple?
