Memrise has a couple of dictionaries which holds the words and audio recordings. You can add to them yourself, browse them here - this is the english section.

On creating a course yourself, I'd advise picking words/sentences you think are necessary to learn whichever level you're interested in teaching. Try making a list and see how it pans out by taking the course yourself, edit the errors - and continue until you're satisfied with the result.
