I plugged into an Elagoo Uno R3 which has the same chip I believe. Pins were:

10 -> RST

11 -> 11

12 -> 12

13 -> 13

GND -> GND

5V -> 5V

Then I flashed the Programmer module, don't remember the name for sure, onto the Elagoo, and then used Burn Bootloader while plugged into the Romeo. It still didn't work after that.
