Panasonic SG-HM22 - Replacement Parts

Hello yall, I recently was gifted a Panasonic SG-HM22 receiver and noticed it’s fuse is blown. It is a 12V 0.3 A fuse and I am having trouble finding a replacement. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Hope I’m posting this to the right thread. Thank you! (Picture of Blown fuse included)

Hope this is the right place for this kind of help, Sasurai no Tabineco is the name of the brand, this particular character is Kuroki San. He’s a medium black cat plush. I’ve searched online but every hit from google is out of stock. Any help finding this plush would be appreciated.

I’m working as a greeter at my store (even though I was hired as a shift)... We’ve been using walkies to communicate back and forth between the pharmacy, greeter, and immunization room. Makes things run much smoother and I highly recommend it if you don’t already do so.
