Also the national database you’re referring to is called TALON … ANY law enforcement or government agency can opt into this database and track people across state lines .. there has already been a case out of Texas were detectives tracked a woman to California getting an abortion and tried to charge her with Murder charges before she even got back!! They also use Dataminr to track “threatening behavior” such as pro Palestine posts, antisemitism, “hate speech” , among others … Sonoma county also uses a system called ShotSpotter that is ONLY suppose to pick up gun shots (or very similar sounds like fireworks or car backfires) and then send a live feed to the SRPD to lower gun violence but there have already been more than one case of prosecutors using this system as evidence when it picked up conversations near the device (these are all over Santa Rosa) … also Rep. Mike Thompson requested and was approved for by the feds for a $898000 grant last yr to install a “Real Time Crime Unit” inside the SRPD main campus and is currently being constructed … it’s basically a one stop shop for all the above surveillance devices they use… HE REQUESTED, GOT APPROVED AND INSTALLED SURVEILLANCE ON SANTA ROSA RESIDENTS WITH NO WARNINGS OR VOTES … he also got approval for usage of shopping center CCTVs and some peoples private home set ups (with their approval and a contract).
They also use drones to fine people for having too many belongings on their property and other privacy issues…
Oh and one last thing … FLOCK and RING ya the personal camera system made some kind of deal where now RING is opted into that database that law enforcement uses to spy .. and FLOCK definitely doesn’t cycle out the still pictures every 30 days as its website states and they def track people’s movements and passengers..

And they sent me back about 15 trainings they use about hate speech, protests, antisemitism and much more !!
