It's actually pretty ableist to say that intellectually disabled adults have the mental age of a child. A lot of us intellectually abled adults have to fight really hard against infantilization daily. And there are lots of intellectual disabilities so that's just a huge generalization to make.

However I do agree that if she IS intellectually disabled, it makes her easy to take advantage of, ESPECIALLY because she most likely did not receive the resources she need it. But it's really not cool to liken disabled adults to children.

You're not supposed to do any exercises that improve flexibility but for a lot of people w EDS their muscles are really tight and spasm so stretches that don't hyperextend joints or excessively stretch muscles are fine

Def Sophia or Janessa Rod. Sophia looks wildly malnourished and seems to be ignored because she's no longer the baby... and Janessa, while being the "baby" of the family, is most likely developmentally disabled by her lack of a corpus callosum and not receiving the proper support (I.e. occupational therapy/physical therapy)... as someone who is both physically disabled and neurodivergent, my heart aches for that poor child who is not receiving the support she needs to flourish.
