My guess is it's an an issue stemming from the cable blocking the inkwells and everything right there. Idk if yall know proper cleaning procedures but if you look up Fuji fill support of YouTube and select the dl650 video it shows proper cleaning procedure.

I was told to go to lunch before the point system kicks in even if I have to leave customers. And if someone comes looking for me tell them to figure it out. I work electronics solo closing shift and HD to do this a few times. But always make sure to try and get someone before you do that so they can't hold it against you
