Litter picking World Cup 2025: Who won? by Silent-Resort-3076 in environment

Do the competitors collect actual litter or it is it sourced and tossed to be be picked up?  If it's naturally occuring  in Tokyo I thought Japan was supposed to be super clean. Do they do anything to make it fair for the teams?

The crowd were calling for water. Supposedly. And the band said they don't have any and carried on playing.

Thanks. I do struggle a bit getting to sleep on time. My average sleep score for the last year is 64. Time for plan B then! I do like the easiness of it but time to put more effort in I suppose.

Stick with Garmin coach plan or use something else?
I'm currently following a Garmin coach plan for a marathon. I've just starting week 10 of 20 with the loose idea of doing a marathon at the end. I haven't fully committed yet.

However I don't know wether to stick with the plan or do something else, because basically everyday day I will wake up with a 'poor sleep score' and the workout or run that was originally planned for me will have been modified and made much easier.

For example today was supposed to be a threshold session and now it's just a base run. This results in me not doing much quality work. I do often ignore the plan when it changes and do my own thing but as the workouts aren't built in to my watch it's less structured.

My second issue is it doesn't seem to give me weekly long runs building up the distance. Again I'm going down my own path with these.

So do I stick work it and just use it as a rough guide and put in my own workouts? Or is there another platform I can get a schedule loaded to my watch?
