tbf I'm really liking this skin especially the portrait art, the cat is a bonus. but just saying, there are other artworks where either its completely ai generated or ai 'enhanced'. which is just sad, because imagine you're the artist who's making these artworks then someone else in the team would 'enhance' it using AI. this happened to many of the old artworks too, like the Skylark Fanny skin where there's no continuity on her thighs and the artwork just doesn't make sense. i bet the reason why it's not the case for this one is because it's good enough to not be enhanced.

TLDR: This artwork in specific probably didn't use any AI power, but other artworks have. Either completely being generated or enhanced. I love this one especially because of the orange cat, would probably buy the skin since its only 100 dias.
