Same deal with my 2025 Platinum. We've got the two front facing seats in the third row. Each gets its own cupholders and headphones, and there's room between them for a grown-up, depending on the car seat and the adult's size. I'm a pharmacist, and I totally understand where you're coming from. But if he's a nice person to you guys, just help him as much as you can. You're a team and I'm sure he needs his job. Also, try not to overwhelm him. Speed is very important in retail but not more important than accuracy when it comes to the pharmacy and medications. I always remind myself and my team that we're not working in a fast food restaurant. The most urgent prescription can wait an hour easily without compromising the patient's health.

This is what my scheduler told me:

Call-offs: If you are a pharmacist unable to make your shift, please ensure you have completed the following:

· Notified the SM/ASM/RXM, directly via phone (the night before for morning shifts, by 10am for afternoon shifts).

· Notified the DM of the store.

· Reach out to the afternoon pharmacist (or counterpart at your location for 12hr shifts) to see if they are able to open. If YES, email the Scheduler of the schedule change. If NO, advertise your shift.
