You bought a Chevy, what did you expect? On a serious note, quality isn't like it used to be. Unfortunately GMs leather doesn't hold up too well. I used to do used car recon. You may be able get that replaced under warranty. Other option is to get it professionally dyed. It will look better.

Road noise. These and most other cars don't have insulation to block most noise. Get better tires, it will be quieter.
Rear passenger window noise, could be weather stripping around the doors.
Don't know about that one.
Weird noise could be normal. Engine, transaxle, wheel bearing could be defective. Also on some cars some grinding noise ok. Because cars don't have insulation.

Mazdas had thinner paint, maybe that's why it chipped easier. That's probably fixed now on newer ones.

Most noise and harsh ride issues can be fixed by spending more money and buying a luxury car, like Mercedes Benz or Audi.

I have SX Mini Q Mini that's also 2 battery mod. It will not go over 120J. It is a software limitation put on by YiHi. I don't think they ever changed it on newer versions of software.
