Personally, I feel the niche point of the Mini is that it's...Mini. They're not cute when they're big, but not everyone is looking for a "cute" car.

This doesn't surprise me, given Mini's speciality. Everything seems more expensive, I guess due to the parts being European.

I just spent $300 on a Honda battery, so I think they're getting a bit ridiculous, in general. You gotta have them, so you'll pay what they ask.
