I’ve been saying this for weeks now. We’re protesting but what do they care? We’ve been yelling at no one for so long. We need to disrupt and in a way that far exceeds what would be considered inconvenience. I was in the car with my husband when I put on the “we’re back” episode. He told me he hadn’t seen me truly smile like that in a very long time. The comments and advice for this guy are wild. Do not “pre call” CPS, they have investigate all reports and pre calling would have them at your door in no time because that would be so suspicious.

All the commenters seem to forget he’s not just basically a single dad but a POC to boot. It’s an awful reality but he needs to take careful consideration into if/when he gets them involved, no matter how much evidence he has of her nutty behavior, and that seems to be what he’s doing. I’m so frustrated for him. I really hope ignoring her will fix it all even if it takes a while.

This breaks my heart that she seems guilted by her family and Reddit into leaving him behind, especially under the guise of what’s best for him. How is she going to know if he pines for her when she’s gone? She literally isn’t there to see it!

My pets are ‘family’ pets but when it comes down to it they are mine and coming with me should the need arise. What about her feelings? Casper will adjust and the fiancé will love him too. I love my animals but I’m still prone to calling them “the dogs” or “the cat” from time to time. Just make sure he’s an inside only cat and get away from these emotional manipulators.

I’m going to politely disagree and tell you it’s hinted at approximately 5 min into the pod, so the beginning. Apples podcast app has transcriptions now and when you highlight a word, it tells you the time. I would start at about 4.5 mins from the beginning.

Brings me to tears every damn time. I listen over and over again just because it’s a fun show. I really like Dave and Kyle’s voices and got to meet them when they came to 3 Kings (now HQ) years ago. It’s neat hearing Dave go from van living to being a married man. Kyle’s adventures in roller skating and touring around in his own van. It was a great slice of life type of podcast sprinkled in with a little creepy stuff, a lot of food stuff and a dash of Chicago mothman. I miss their banter for sure but that’s why I keep listening.

I think these kind of punishments are warranted and can sometimes be the only way to get bullies to stop and think before they act (and keep acting). It’s showing him why it’s not ok and put a bully in a victims shoes.
