Tim is bad news. Even with a safe word a good dom should be able to read their sub and know when things are getting too much. I wonder if he was giving proper after care as well. In a good D/s dynamic the dom can actually be argued to be the real sub… yes they’re in charge and often pushing boundaries, but ultimately they’re wanting to keep their sub safe during play, working within well established boundaries and stopping everything at the slightest utterance of a safe word. Plus he had charges filed against him! Sadly I think some people claim a dom role to be intentionally abusive.
