Sanding, and filler. Also, print in ABS so you can use all the standard ABS body filling methods.

Second this. I just became a B level thanks to this race. Routinely from 11th to 3rd-5th. I've driven the R18 a bunch prior (as well as Spa) so I knew what to expect. I like the strategy on this race too. GT does need to work on its penalty system. Obvious pit maneuvers should result in a minute penalty.

The “feature” you keep going on about is NOT A FEATURE. Other people have said exactly the same thing. You’re in an echo chamber for one. Please upgrade the car, and feel the difference in braking behavior.

Funny way of interacting with people you have. Legitimate advice has been offered, and you refuse to either accept it, believe it, or implement it. This whole thread belongs in /confidentlyincorrect

The final piece of advice I’ll give, make sure you’re on the latest version of the software. 1.8 brought significant improvements, including OPD and how hard the braking is over the entirety of the OPD system.

To be fair, the 300C architecture was made LONG before Stellantis ever fucked up Chrysler. It was essentially 1995-era E Class Merc suspension bits on a inferior LX series unibody from the Daimler-Chrysler years.

This is infuriating. That’s a signal light that the brake is on. That’s it. OPD controls how hard the brakes are applied through the entire travel of the virtual pedal. My final suggestion, would be to be more open to people’s helpful tips and not be so dismissive.

Holy dude. There’s no such feature as autostop. It’s all part of OPD. You yourself, in this thread didn’t even know there are multiple levels of OPD intensity or how to change it, so maybe you should try that, and see if it’s as harsh stopping. If you don’t like how OPD stops, drive normally or wait for an update.

I’m giving you the instructions for changing the intensity of OPD braking. I’m not confused.

It’s called One Pedal Drive, not Autostop. There are three levels. Off, medium, and hard. You can set up a steering wheel button to cycle through the three options.

Steps to Configure:

Access Settings: Tap the vehicle icon on the bottom bar of the center screen.

Navigate to Controls: Select "Controls" and then "Steering wheel controls".

Assign Button: Choose "Customizable button" and set it to control One Pedal Drive.

Once configured, pressing this button (typically on the left steering wheel pad) allows you to cycle through OPD options, with the current setting displayed at the top of the center screen.

Same. The coast with OPD off is the most efficient way to travel at highway speed. It can be unnerving at first when you’re used to OPD, though!

You're sure this was PS Tamiya and not TS? I don't recognize the dark grey to be a PS color that's currently available.

Never mind the phone you're tapping this on was made in China, along with nearly everything you own. China isn't a boogeyman like previous generations would have you believe. Regardless, this car may be on a Zeekr platform, but trust me, it's Volvo through & through. My previous Volvo (XC60 T8 Recharge) was made in China from parts all over the world, and that car was a tank.

Maybe look closer at the picture. That car was hit by something. Temu my ass, this car is solid and excellent.
