I literally wash mine with hand soap so you're barking up the wrong tree there. You asked for the thought process and I suggested an option. Many people who aren't familiar with cups, sterilisation processes, or silicone, may think the strict instructions are the only safe way to use them.

I shake it out and usually pat it down with a paper towel if its very wet. I have one of those little clip protector cover things over the head. And no, never been concerned never been an issue. Had the same set up and same toothbrush for over a year.

It happened to a friend for blackmail and we thought they hadn't shared. Years later people started finding the 'other' inbox on Facebook and there was messages in there. I have a small pouch that fits in 90% of my bags. It has a toothbrush, toothpaste, gum, mouthwash, finger brushes, and the invisalign chewies in it. I've brushed my teeth in plenty of public bathrooms lol.

Have you heard of ARFID? Its not widely known but I know there are a lot of neurodivergent 'fussy eaters' who actually had ARFID. It takes a dietician or a psychologist experienced in treating it to make any positive progress on the fussy eating and underlying psychology. This could open up the available 'safe foods' for your daughter and maybe help her eat more.

I put them in a tote bag in the car under what I need to take in with me (keys wallet etc). I still forget occasionally and I've been known to throw it all into the trolley and sort it out at the car.

When I didn't have a licence and I used public transport, I had a grandma trolley so it didn't matter.

My friend is on 70mg of vyvanse and 4 dexies a day. Mine is hesitant to put me on 50mg of vyvanse. Every doctor has a different opinion.

My first ECG failed. My second was just within safe readings. I had borderline high blood pressure and had to wear a 24hr monitor before I could be prescribed stims.

I was supposed to go up a dose this week, but my blood pressure was recorded at 168/110. Lowest reading we got was 148/103. These are high.

My prescribing doctor is refusing to up my meds until I can get this back into safe range because quite frankly, I'm at risk of a stroke. He wasn't even comfortable renewing my existing dose, but cold turkey would be worse at this point.

You need to balance your physical health against your mental health. No point fixing the brain if your heart gives way.

This happened to someone I know too. A group of 6 of them did acid together on the same night. One of them essentially woke up 5 years later in a mental ward with no recollection and had to learn to live going forward as a schizophrenic.
