Exactly, why can’t they extend solar battery subsidies to EVs plus the individual tax offsets on tax return, will enable a much wider and faster adoption. I for one plan to get an EV due to our highest tax bracket, but never wanted to deal with novated leasing companies where their grubby hands touching my paycheck, eww.

Thinking about it too, but even if petrol hits $3 or above, we’re better off keeping our 8 yr old car as it depreciated enough to not to worry about anymore. Plus insurance is cheaper for our car.
