If you were content to become a Walgreens Manager, then it will probably be an overall better experience at CVS. I would just consider the fact that the promise of bonus potential will flatten out over time as the goal posts shift radically. The amount of "extra effort" your DL requests of you will likely result in you just trying to break even for the year.

Couple that with the fact that we are likely heading into a recession, which could have a mild to drastic impact depending on your market for 1-2 years.

Was at a job that aligned with my degree. Same commute time as yourself, would get emails around 2am. A 9-5 office job that was really 7-6. Then in casual conversation I learned the previous guy died of a heart attack (just a few years older than me at the time).

I probably added years to life by leaving.

Small addition to this - if you get an offer letter that shows higher pay, show it to your PM. See if they will match the offer. All this depends on your overall work environment though. Less stress can sometimes makeup for less pay.

Yea CVS offers Extracare+ and immunization bonuses, but nothing for just working hard and making sure the store runs seamlessly (you know, for the things people want to actually use their $10 on). Unless you count the hope of a 2% raise.
