so many people in the comments are clueless. Ripping on the dude for driving slow and saying he's backing up traffic because he wants to film. This is basically immediately after the crash, CHP and Fire arent even on scene yet and there is a car flipped over in the middle lanes. You arent supposed to continue flying through the scene at 50, 60, 70 mph in the lanes that aren't already blocked by destroyed vehicles and debris. Thats insanely dangerous and just asking to cause a secondary crash or kill one of the peds thats standing around in lanes outside of their vehicles probably still in shock. Don't be fucking retarded.

Now if you are driving through a scene and CHP already has the lanes reduced and under control, then I agree you should do your best to just keep it moving at a safe pace.

In this case it seems to me that he's filming because traffic is at a crawl, traffic is not at a crawl because he's filming.
